Joenos Weinplex, 50 ml for Fuller and More Harmonious Wines

Weinplex is a gum arabic that you use for fining finished wines. It makes the wine fuller and rounder on the palate, harmonizes the overall impression and additionally supports tartrate stabilization. In professional cellar work, gum arabic has long been used for exactly this purpose.

The product is a lighter alternative to Arauner's former Mostfein and, for example, discolors white wines less. It can be used for wines, musts, juices, mead and fruit wines, usually before bottling. As a guideline, the manufacturer suggests 50 to 100 ml per hectoliter, so 50 ml is enough for around 100 liters. Exact dosage according to the package instructions.
