Joenos Oak Chips Micro Classic Harmony, 500 g, 2-6 mm

Oak wood chips give your wine structure and oak aromas, similar to barrique aging, but directly in your fermentation vessel or aging container. The Classic Harmony variant is tuned for balanced aromas, from a harmonious base structure through to vanilla and toasted notes, depending on how long you let the chips steep.

The micro granulate with a 2 to 6 mm grain size offers a large surface area, so extraction is faster than with coarse chips, often within a few days to around two weeks. The chips are made from French and American oak. Even small amounts per litre are effective; adjust the exact dosage according to the package instructions and your taste.
