Joenos Vinegar Mother Set of 3, 100 ml Each for Red Wine, White Wine & Apple Cider Vinegar

This set bundles three vinegar mother varieties: red wine, white wine and apple. That way you can start different types of vinegar in parallel, depending on what you want to use them for later. Each culture is an active starter solution without preservatives.

For each batch, pour wine or apple juice into a glass vessel, add the matching vinegar mother and cover the vessel with a breathable cover. The vinegar then matures in a calm, warm spot. Each vinegar mother can be reused for further batches. The bottles hold 100 ml each and have a screw cap. The exact procedure is described on the label.
