Joenos Yeast Nutrient Complex, 10 g Combination Preparation for Fermentation

The Yeast Nutrient Complex is a combination preparation that feeds the yeast throughout the entire fermentation. It combines diammonium phosphate, inactive yeasts, cellulose and vitamin B1, so in many cases you no longer need to add extra vitamin B1. This ensures a reliable, even fermentation.

The 10 g pack is tailored to small wine and fruit wine batches. You suspend the nutrient in about 10 times its amount of wine or water and add it to the fermentation vessel; you can add more later if needed. The maximum amount is around 12 g per 10 litres.
