Joenos ParaVin 50 ml, Preservative with Sorbate & Benzoate

ParaVin is a liquid preservative for winemaking with potassium sorbate (E202) and sodium benzoate (E211). It is used to protect finished and, above all, sweetened wines from renewed fermentation and unwanted spoilage, so your result stays stable.

The 50 ml bottle with a screw cap is easy to handle and dose. You set the exact amount according to the batch size and the package instructions. To be effective, sorbate requires a sufficient sulfur content in the wine; therefore work carefully and follow the usage instructions. Store the bottle cool and dry and observe the best-before date.
