Joenos Iodine Solution for SO₂ Determination, 100 ml

The level of free sulfurous acid matters when you want to preserve your wine reliably without over- or under-sulfuring. With this iodine solution you determine the free sulfur dioxide in the wine and work on the basis of a measured value rather than on guesswork.

For the determination, add the iodine solution drop by drop until a color change occurs; the amount required depends on the wine. The solution is intended solely for analysis and is not suitable for consumption. Store it cool, dry and protected from light, close the bottle well after use and keep it away from children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
