The 1.7-litre jar is ideal for fermenting and storing: kombucha, water kefir, sauerkraut, liqueurs, gin infusions or supplies. The wide opening makes filling, removing and cleaning easy.

Jar and lid are sold separately: choose the jar (without lid) and the matching 100 mm lid, a standard pasteurisation lid for an airtight seal. Not suitable for very oily products.
