The red caps fit over the neck of demijohns and bottles and seal airtight. The fermentation cap with hole takes an airlock of 10 mm diameter – for clean, controlled fermentation. The must cap without hole closes the demijohn after fermentation, for storage or transport.

The size depends on the inner diameter: size 3 approx. 36 mm, size 4 approx. 44 mm, size 4A approx. 51 mm, size 5 approx. 60 mm. The Joenos 5-litre demijohn takes size 3, the 10 and 15 litre ones size 4A.
