Pure crystalline citric acid in a value pack: for acidifying low-acid juices, musts and mashes, for wine and mead and for jams and jellies. Sufficient acidity gives wine and mead freshness and structure and makes the batch more stable.

Dissolve the acid in about ten times the amount of water and add it according to the measured acidity. Legal maximum amounts apply to grape wine. Store cool, dry and dark.
