Cloudy young wines become clear with a two-component fining treatment. This set combines Mostklar V and Kieselsol 15 % for exactly that: the two agents work together, bind the suspended particles and let them sink to the bottom, so you can then rack off a clear wine.

Mostklar V is a vegan alternative to gelatine products and is used together with the Kieselsol. You get one 100 ml bottle of each with a screw cap, suitable for must, sweet reserve and beverages of all kinds. The two components are added separately and in the correct order. For exact dosage and order, follow the package instructions.
