Arauner Kitzinger Yeast Nutrient, 10 g

Yeast nutrient gives the pure culture wine yeast the nitrogen it needs for a brisk start and a complete fermentation. Especially with nutrient-poor musts from berries or honey, it prevents a sluggish or completely stuck fermentation.

Stir the nutrient into the prepared must at the start of fermentation. The dosage depends on the batch size and is stated in the package instructions.
