The Yeast Nutrient Complex is a combination preparation of DAP, inactive yeasts, cellulose and vitamin B1. This blend feeds the yeast more broadly than plain nutrient salt and supports active, stable yeast development, especially under sensitive fermentation conditions or in nutrient-poor musts.

To use it, suspend the preparation in 10 times its amount of wine or water and add it to the fermentation vessel; you can add more later if needed.
