Joenos Silica Sol 15 %, 1 Litre Clarifying Fining

Silica sol 15 % in a 1-litre container, intended for large batches and anyone who fines regularly. Silica sol binds haze particles and excess tannins and is classically used as a two-component fining together with gelatine.

You do not need this if you are only clarifying a single 10-litre demijohn; small bottles are enough for that. But if you set up 50 litres and more per season or run several demijohns in parallel, the bulk container works out cheaper per application.

After fining, let it settle for a few days and rack the clear wine off the lees. Dosage as per package instructions.
