Joenos Combi Salts, 2x 10 g Sulfur + 10 g Citric Acid, Oxidation Protection

The Combi Salts are a versatile set for the cellar. They contain sulfur powder and citric acid, from which you make up a 2% solution. This serves as oxidation protection for beverages, fruit and vegetables and guards, for example, against browning and acetification.

In addition, the solution can be used as a barrier liquid for airlocks and to sanitize equipment, containers, corks, bottles and hoses. As a guideline, about a quarter liter of the 2% solution is enough for 100 liters of beverage. It is best to refresh the barrier liquid in the airlock every six to eight weeks. Follow the exact instructions on the package.
