Joenos SOWA Cleaning Concentrate, 1 kg for Food Hygiene

SOWA is a wash-active, material-friendly cleaning concentrate for use in the food industry. It dissolves protein residues, fat and oil soiling with the help of emulsifiers and is therefore also suitable for cleaning in the cellar and during processing. This keeps surfaces and equipment clean before you start new batches.

Depending on the soiling, you dissolve the concentrate in cold or warm water at a concentration of 0.5 to 2 %. After cleaning, rinse the surfaces well with water so that no residues remain. The concentrate contains sodium carbonate as well as anionic and non-ionic surfactants. When handling it, wear protective clothing, safety goggles and gloves and observe the safety instructions.
