Arauner Kitzinger Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), 6 g for Faster Fermentation
CHF 4.00
Thiamine, also known as vitamin B1, is a nutrient that yeasts need for a quick fermentation start and a stable fermentation. If there is too little of it in the must, fermentation can get off to a sluggish start. A targeted addition helps the yeast ferment through faster and more reliably.
Add the vitamin B1 to the prepared must at the start of fermentation, ideally together with a yeast nutrient salt. How much is needed depends on the batch and quantity; the exact dosage is stated on the package. The 6 g portion is designed for targeted use in individual batches.
