Arauner Wine Yeast Trial Set, 6 Varieties 5 g Each

Six pure-culture yeasts to try, each in a 5 g portion. That way you find out which yeast suits your must, without having to buy a large pack straight away.

The set includes, among others, sparkling wine, port, Steinberg, Universal and Bordeaux. Each yeast pushes the fermentation in a different direction, from delicate sparkling to robust for red wine. How much must one portion ferments is stated on the respective sachet.
