Joenos Kombucha Starter, 100 ml for up to 1 l Kombucha

Kombucha is a fermented tea drink created by living cultures. With this starter, you begin your first batch at home without having to activate the culture separately beforehand. The starter is made on a black tea base and is organic, vegan and gluten-free.

A 100 ml bottle is enough for around 1 liter of batch. You prepare sweetened tea, add the starter and let everything ferment for about 7 to 14 days at room temperature.
