The glass demijohn in a plastic basket is the classic fermentation and storage vessel for wine, mead, beer and liqueurs. Through the glass you can watch the fermentation at any time, and the material is taste-neutral.

Matching tops: for the 5-litre demijohn (opening 28 mm) fermentation cap or must cap size 3 – the grey bungs do not fit here. For 10 and 15 litres (opening 38 mm) cap size 4A and the grey bungs without hole, with 10 mm or 17 mm hole. Clean before use; the temperature difference between cleaning liquid and glass must not exceed 30 °C. Industrially pressed glass: small air bubbles and mould lines are normal. The transport cap is not included.
