Joenos silica sol 15 %, vegan fining agent for wine, mead and juice

Silica sol is a proven vegan fining agent based on high-purity silicon dioxide from diatoms. It clarifies and fines wine, mead, juices and sweet reserve and rounds off the taste.

It is negatively charged and works best together with positively charged fining agents such as gelatine or Mostklar V (pea protein): the particles bind and settle quickly. The 10 ml bottle is enough for about 10 litres, the 500 ml bottle for many batches.
