Joenos Tannin Fresh 5 g, grape skin tannin for more fruit and elegance

Tannin Fresh is pure grape skin tannin for targeted addition before bottling. It rounds off the tannins harmoniously and brings out fruity aromas – especially in fresh white and rosé wines and light reds.

Dissolve the tannin in 20 times its weight of hot water (60–80 °C) while stirring vigorously and mix the solution thoroughly into the wine. It works best with free SO₂ below 30 mg/l. The dose depends on the wine; a preliminary trial shows the right amount.

• Dosage: red wine ready for bottling approx. 1–2 g per 10 litres, white approx. 1 g per 10 litres
