Joenos Apple Cider Vinegar Mother of Vinegar Starter Set, 6-Piece, for Your Own Vinegar

With this set you make your own apple cider vinegar at home, with no special equipment at all. The basis is a live mother of vinegar, which gradually converts the alcohol in the wine into acetic acid. It takes its time, but rewards you with a naturally cloudy vinegar with no additives.

The six-piece set contains everything you need to get started: a 1.700 ml glass jar, a matching lid, a cotton cloth and rubber ring for air supply, the apple mother of vinegar, and instructions with three recipes. You pour wine into the jar, add the mother of vinegar, cover it with the cloth and let it mature in a warm spot at around 28 °C for four to eight weeks.
