Arauner Kitzinger Arausan Potassium Metabisulfite, 10x1 g Fermentation Stopper

Arausan is potassium metabisulfite in convenient portions. In the wine cellar, it serves two purposes: it stops fermentation when needed and disinfects equipment and vessels before use.

The pack contains ten individual sachets of 1 g each, so you have a pre-measured amount for every batch and never have to weigh anything yourself. How much to use for which purpose is stated on the pack. This is a sulfite, so work carefully, avoid raising dust and stick to the specified dosage.
