A wine siphon helps you with racking, that is transferring wine or must from one vessel to the next without stirring up the sediment on the bottom. This way the haze stays behind in the old container and the wine becomes clearer. It is one of the most important steps in the cellar.

The wine siphon comes in two parts; you assemble them and draw off the liquid by suction. It works without a pump, using only the gradient between the containers. Clean the device thoroughly before and after use so that nothing is carried over into the next batch. This product comes from the range of the traditional Kitzingen company Arauner.
