Joenos Oak Wood Chips White Structure, 50 g for Wine & Mead

Oak wood chips bring oak notes into wine and mead without the need for a barrel. The White Structure variant is designed for an even release of aroma and is particularly well suited to white wines that you want to give a little more structure and a subtle oak note.

You add the chips to the wine and let them steep for a certain time. How intense the result becomes depends on quantity and contact time, so it is worth tasting in between and dosing to your own preference. The resealable bag keeps the remainder dry. Dosage as per package instructions.
