The Speidel must barrel made of sturdy, food-safe and taste-neutral plastic is a proven vessel for fermenting and storing must, wine, mead and fruit juice. The tight screw lid protects the contents from oxygen and contamination.

The grey Joenos bungs fit the lid so you can insert an airlock. A matching tap with union nut is available separately. 12 litres for small batches, 20 litres for ambitious hobby winemakers, 30 litres for larger quantities.
