Everything for your first mead except honey and water: dissolve the honey in water, add the yeast and yeast nutrient and let the must ferment in the demijohn under the airlock. The enclosed instructions guide you step by step all the way to bottling.

Not included: Honey (a 4.5 kg tub is recommended) and water.
About the demijohn: it is industrially pressed; small air bubbles and mould seams are due to production and are not a defect. The two-part plastic basket protects against breakage and light but is not meant for carrying. The protective cap is only for transport and is not part of the delivery.
About the brands: The components are usually Joenos branded products. Depending on availability, we reserve the right to use equivalent products from other brands as well. The active ingredient, quantity and function of every component always stay the same and match the parts list.
