Joenos Mostklar V 10 ml, Vegan Fining for Must & Wine

Mostklar V is a liquid, vegan alternative to classic gelatin fining. It consists of pea protein and binds haze particles in must or wine, which then settle and can be racked off. Because it is purely plant-based, it is also suitable for vegan wines.

Thanks to its liquid form, you can add it directly and stir it in without preparing anything beforehand, which is simple and clean. Around 10 ml is enough for 10 liters of must or wine. It works particularly well in combination with silica sol. Store sealed at room temperature and observe the best-before date.
